Ramon Rodriguez Vazquez, of Kensington, was arrested Saturday night not long after the sources say he shot the officer in the neck. The officer was reported in critical condition.
The 31-year-old officer is “on life support” at Temple University Hospital, according to Mayor Cherelle L. Parker.
