Police have issued an update on the incidents
Lancashire Police have been busy on the roads in the past 24 hours; with £13,000 found in an Audi, drugs and a hit and run.
Officers arrested a 36-year-old man from Northampton on suspicion of money laundering and he has since been released on bail pending further enquiries. Elsewhere, officers conducted a stop and search of an Audi Q5 after the driver attempted to drive off and collided with a police vehicle and a lamppost.The driver attempted to escape on foot after causing significant damage to the lamppost. Chasing him, police detained the 27-year-old man using some assistance from a member of the public.
In a third matter this week, police were conducting foot patrols in Deepdale Road, Preston when they stopped a Ford Transit van. A search of the van led them to find a large amount of suspected Class A drugs.
