Officers are on the scent
Police are on the scent of an apparent £250,000 perfume heist. The haul of high-end fragrances was reportedly stolen from an empty sweet factory in Cheshire.
In a statement the company said: "In the evening of February 25th 2023, a severe crime occurred at a warehouse in Adlington . A manager of the warehouse says that more than ten people broke into the facility and loaded up their vans with Royal Fragrances London's high-end, luxury niche perfumes. The stolen products are thought to be worth more than £250,000 on five to six pallets.
In a statement the company said: "We phoned the Police on the 16 March 2023 for an update but they have not offered any details other than that police officers were on site. We want the perfumes to be recovered as quickly as possible."
