The white van collided with a Nissan Qashquai before 'making off from the scene'
Police are on the hunt for a van driver involved in a 'fail to stop' crash outside a Tesco Express store.
Emergency services were called to Preston Road in Chorley at around 12.30pm today . It followed reports of a collision between a white van and a grey Nissan Qashquai. Police said the van failed to stop following the incident and 'made off from the scene' towards Harpers Lane. No injuries were reported and officers are appealing for anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.In a statement, Chorley Police said: "There was a fail to stop road traffic accident outside the Tesco Express on Preston Road at Chorley at 12.30pm today where a white van has collided with a grey Nissan Qashquai.
"The van has then made off from the scene of the accident towards Harpers Lane. If you have any dashcam footage or any information please ring 101 and log reference lc-20241119-0502."
