Police have said they are becoming "increasingly concerned for the welfare" of a woman missing from North Belfast .
She is described as being 5 ft 1 inches tall, with a slim build, and blonde shoulder length hair. Elle was last seen wearing a black puffa coat and holding a light coloured bag.Police have asked anyone who sees Elle to contact them as a matter of urgency.
