.Dallas County grand jury declines to indict man in deadly fight in Old East DallasThe victim was identified as 25-year-old Gabriel Cardenas Jr., according to online Tarrant County medical examiner records. No other information was released about Cardenas.
Police said the medical examiner will verify whether Cardenas’ injury was from a gunshot and determine his cause of death.
