Thousands took to the streets of Glasgow on Saturday for the event, where Orange Lodge members marched from all over the city before joining at Glasgow Green.
A policing plan was implemented for the parade for safety reasons and the force confirmed that four arrests were made and two fixed penalty notices were issued.Chief Superintendent Stevie Dolan said:"Officers in Glasgow made a total of four arrests and issued two fixed penalty notices during the Orange Order processions on Saturday, July 1, 2023.
“I would like to thank the vast majority of the participants who engaged positively and behaved responsibly throughout.”
