Police allege three people forced open the glass door of the Commonwealth Parliament Offices at Waterford Place, on Eagle Street, at approximately 11:30am on Wednesday, April 5.
A 36-year-old New Beith man and a 31-year-old Brisbane City woman have both been served a notice to appear for wilful damage and are due to appear in court on May 16.
