John Hanna, who was 34 and from Downpatrick , died following the single-vehicle collision on the Downpatrick Road in Ballynahinch just before 4.45pm on Tuesday, 24th December.
At the time police said that officers received a report at approximately 4.45pm, that a car had been involved in a collision. Officers attended, alongside colleagues from partner emergency services.
