Cory Cooper, a police officer in Grantsville, Utah, spoke to Fox News Digital about a hilarious video showing him chasing and tackling a pig. The video went viral on Facebook.

A Utah police officer recently went viral after hilarious footage showed him pursing a stubborn pig last week. Footage that racked up nearly 3 million views on Facebook shows Grantsville, Utah, police officer Cory Cooper chasing – and eventually tackling – an obstinate female pig. The animal was heard squealing with her legs dangling as he picked her up and carried her off-screen.

This is by far the best thing I’ve seen today,' another said. In an interview with Fox News Digital, Cooper explained that the pig and 'her partner' had been running around Grantsville for about a week. He had just clocked into his shift when he and his coworker were called to wrangle the creatures. ' notorious for escaping, they really are,' he explained. 'And they're hard to catch. I was really lucky, actually, to catch the one the way I did.

The officer said that the pig-catching incident was refreshing for Grantsville, which he described as a 'pretty small, rural town.' 'I'll be honest, it was a lot of fun,' Cooper laughed. 'We do get a lot of animal calls, which are usually like stray dogs or cats that people have found,' he explained. 'But every once in a while, we'll get a good laugh at the farm animals that get out.

If the owners are out there and they're missing a couple of pigs, let us know so that we can get them back home,' he added. For more Lifestyle articles, visit www.foxnews/lifestyle.

Mini to Unveil Aceman Crossover at Auto China ShowMini to Unveil Aceman Crossover at Auto China ShowMini is preparing to round off its line-up of three all-new core models later this year with the Aceman crossover, which will be unveiled at the Auto China show on 24 April. The Aceman will share much of its mechanical make-up with the new Cooper, using a stretched version of the supermini’s Spotlight architecture. Billed as the Mini with the broadest appeal, it is 192mm longer, 23mm wider and 130mm taller than the Cooper. Power will come from a single electric motor at the front axle, with outputs of either 181bhp or 215bhp. The entry-level offering is capable of sending the Cooper from 0-62mph in 7.3sec, while the more powerful motor reduces this to 6.7sec. The Aceman will be able to achieve broadly similar sprint times. As with the Cooper, two battery packs will be offered, with capacities corresponding to the motor’s output: the 181bhp car will have a 40kWh pack and the 215bhp model will receive a 54kWh unit. In the Cooper, these yield official WLTP ranges of 188 miles and 248 miles respectively
