Humberside Police says its officers will not be pictured in glitter or facepaint at events after the Home Secretary recently attacked “woke” policing.
This year’s report included detail that Humberside Police recruited 128 more officers in the past year, above target. There was also £12.9m additional investment secured for policing in the Humberside region in 2022/23, three times above the PCC’s target. Other notable elements of the PCC’s annual report include:
