As part of their outreach program, the Rizal Officers' Ladies Club (ROLC), a group of wives of Rizal Police Provincial Office (PPO) officers, visited an institution for abandoned senior citizens in Antipolo City and brought cheer and food.
The Rizal Officers’ Ladies Club , a group of wives of officers of the Rizal Police Provincial Office , brought cheers and provisions to the elderly who are housed in an institution for the abandoned senior citizens in Antipolo City, as part of their outreach program recently.
Bringing food packs, toiletries and other provisions, the members of the ROLC including their adviser, Mrs. Mary Rose Nartatez, the wife of Region 4-A Police director, Brig. Gen. Jose Melencio Corpuz Nartatez, Jr., entertained the elderly and the persons with disability, who are under the care of the Kanlungan Ni Maria, with song and dance performances.program of the ROLC and the policewomen of the PPO was also part of the Women’s Month activities.
Kanlungan Ni Maria is a shelter run by the Diocese of Antipolo under the guidance of Bishop Francis De Leon for the elderly who are sick, abandoned or neglected by their families.
