Witnesses are being urged to come forward
Police patrols have been stepped up after a man was seen exposing himself to passers-by in Heaton Park.
following the incident on Sunday, September 8. "We know reports of this nature may cause concern, but we do believe that this was an isolated incident. Additional patrols have been put in place to assist with identifying the suspect, and to offer reassurance to the local community.
