Officers have launched an investigation after two separate incidents happened near the Palace Grounds.He is described as black, aged 20s to 30s, around 5ft 5, and was wearing a brown/mustard coat with a backpack.Detectives are also hunting a man that reportedly was carrying out a sexual act on himself.He is described as white, early 40s, wearing blue jeans, a dirty white shirt, carrying a supermarket shopping bag.
Sergeant Billy Sloan of Hamilton Police Office said: “These incidents are not being treated as linked, however extensive enquiries are ongoing to trace both of these men.“We know these incidents can be worrying for the community, but I want to reassure you that we have increased patrols in the area.”
