Officers were called to a property in the Mansfield Estate area of Tain at around 10.05 am on Friday, January 20, following reports that a body had been found.
Authorities are currently describing the death as 'unexplained.' They have said a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal in 'due course.'
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “We were made aware of the sudden death of a woman at a property in the Mansfield Estate area of Tain around 10.05am on Friday, January 20, 2023. “The death is currently being treated as unexplained and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal in due course.”READ NEXT:
