Prosecutor Mark Allan added:"While being taken to a cell, he spat at custody officer John Henderson with the saliva landing on his chest."He also admitted assaulting PC Wilson as well as Mr Henderson. Callum Drummond, defending, told the court that Ross was under the influence of substances at the time.
