Officers executed a search warrant at a property in King Street, Stonehouse, South Lanarkshire, on Thursday September 28.
Officers were seen removing bin bags full of drugs on Thursday afternoon as locals reported an extremely strong smell of cannabis in the area.
Photographs from the scene show a police van packed full with bags of the illegal substance as officers remain at the property.Top news stories today A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “On Thursday, 28 September, 2023, police received a report of a possible cannabis cultivation within a premises on King Street, Stonehouse.
