Officers said the woman visited the Peel Centre store in Blackburn 'on several occasions during the months in April and May'
Police have released a CCTV image of a woman they want to speak to after Lego sets were allegedly swiped from a Smyths Toys shop.
Lancashire Constabulary said the thefts happened at the store on Peel Centre in Blackburn. In a statement this morning , officers said the woman visited the store 'on several occasions during the months in April and May' and 'Lego sets have been stolen'. The image shows the woman wearing tracksuit bottoms, white trainers and blue top and a white coat. Anyone who recognises her is being asked to get in contact.A Hyndburn Police spokesperson said: "Officers would like to speak to the female captured on the in-store CCTV regarding a theft at the Smyths Toy store situated on the Peel Centre Blackburn. The female has attended the store on several occasions during the months in April and May 2024, Lego sets have been stolen.
"We believe the person in the CCTV could have information which will help with our enquiries. If you know who they are can you, please contact Lancashire Police on 101 and quote incident reference number LC-20240509-0861 or alternatively you can contact anonymously Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
