Officers believe the male shown in the images may have information that could assist them and would urge the male or any members of the public who recognise him to contact police.

A police appeal has been launched to trace a man who officers wish to speak to in connection with an incident in Giffnock in July.

An image of a man cops believe may be able to assist their enquiries into an incident on Parkneuk Road in Glasgow in the early hours of Tuesday, July 2 2024 at around 3am. He was wearing a khaki green jacket, black trousers and light brown loafer shoes.

Detective Constable Colin Donaldson said: “I would urge the male pictured or anyone who has information relating to him to contact police”. Anyone with information is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 0316 of 2 July 2024.
