The declaration was made at approximately 9pm with boundaries encompassing Dalrymple Road, Kern Brothers Drive, Sandstone Drive, and Golf Links Drive.Police have also blocked off access to Elphestine Drive.Police have declared an emergency exclusion zone with boundaries encompassing Dalrymple Road, Kern Brothers Drive, Sandstone Drive, and Golf Links Drive.They are directing pedestrians away from the area and a police drone was launched at approximately10.45pm.
