Police have said they are “concerned for his welfare”.He is described as a white male, 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build, bald with thinning grey hair, and has blue eyes and facial stubble.
Officers said he was last seen wearing a grey, round-neck t-shirt with three vertical buttons, washed-out blue denim jeans with a pocket on the side and black Sketchers trainers. Herts Police have asked people to call 101 quoting ISR 349 of 10 July, 2023 if they have any information on where Wayne is.
