Three shops in the Preston area sold restricted items to children
The war against underage vaping and drinking hit the streets of Preston this weekend with police seizing "a LOT" of illegal items.
If someone fails a test purchase, they may receive an on the spot fine and could have to appear in court. Further penalties could include losing a license to sell alcohol, tobacco, lottery tickets and scratch cards.
