So far 18 people have been arrested
Police have uncovered a cannabis farm and seized suspected counterfeit goods during a series of dramatic raids across Tameside this morning .
In the early hours of this morning officers stormed a property in Audenshaw where two people were arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs, failure to appear at court, and possession of suspected counterfeit goods. In a video statement released at 11.30am today, Superintendent Mark Walsh said: “We’ve executed numerous arrest warrants. We have been hunting for wanted offenders and we’ve been continuing to look at the roads to disrupt people using them for criminal reasons.
