A third victim has been linked to a suspect already wanted by Oakland police in two sexual assaults.
OAKLAND — A man already wanted in the alleged sexual assaults of two women in Oakland earlier this month has been linked to another pair of sexual assaults, of a Pittsburg woman two years ago, authorities said Friday.
Authorities said the woman knows Pratt and told investigators he allegedly sexually assaulted her in Pittsburg twice in 2022. Police did not immediately say if they knew why the assaults were not reported sooner. Platt was already being sought in a sexual assault of a 33-year-old woman that happened about 1 a.m. May 27 in the 2000 block of 85th Avenue, police said. Platt may have known the woman, police said.
