Politics latest news: Chancellor to unveil mini-budget as former minister warns 'jury is out' on economy
Almost half of employees have been working from home, revealing the extent of the impact coronavirus is having on the world of work, new figures reveal. A study by the Office for National Statistics showed that in April, 46.6 per cent of people in employment did some work at home, mainly as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
