Pope Francis apologises and admits he 'lost patience' after slapping a female worshipper when she grabbed his hand
Pope Francis apologised today for his widely-viewed slap of woman who grabbed his hand on New Year's Eve. In a speech to Vatican Wednesday he addressed violence against woman, saying that it is like profaning God. The 83-year-old pope was greeting the faithful in St Peter's Square yesterday when a woman yanked his arm.
