A popular Merrion Centre shop is shutting
If you wandered into the Merrion Centre during the Boxing Day sales you will have seen ‘closing down’ banners in a shop window. The store in question is Shoezone which will soon be closing its doors.
Inside the shop, there are many big discounts for those after a bargain. We’ll bring you news of when Shoezone, in the Merrion Centre, will close for good when we have further details.Elsewhere, we saw many, many people wandering around the streets of Leeds city centre for the Boxing Day sales. Shopping centres across the city saw lots of people out searching for the gift Santa didn’t deliver.
The biggest queues of the day came outside Lush, in Commercial Street, and Pandora in Trinity Leeds.
