The Melting Pot x Heverlee Spring Bank Holiday Weekender will take place over two days from Saturday, May 6 to Sunday, May 7 at the Queen's Park Recreation Grounds in the city's Southside. Festival goers will once again have the chance to dance the night away under a circus-style big top tent with ice-cold pints of Heverlee andMark Mackechnie, festival director, said: “We’re really looking forward to bringing this great event back home to the Southside of Glasgow."Add that to our continued partnership with Heverlee and Optimo, food from the Big Feed and the various performers we will have across the site.
Sunday will see JD Twitch and JG Wilkes of Optimo leading a line up that includes David Barbarossa and Pleasure Pool. Keith Mcivor, of Optimo, said: “Last year’s Queen’s Park Recreation Ground event was one of our very favourite gigs of 2022."We are very excited to be back again this year with a hand-picked line up of some of our most loved artists.”
