It feels like, at this point in time, there is a Rudy’s on pretty much every corner of Greater Manchester. But, until now, the beloved pizzeria has not actually stepped foot beyond Ancoats.

With artisan chain GAIL’s set to open directly across the road at the start of the year, local businesses expressed concern that they will be ‘forgotten about’ by their regulars in favour of the two well-known spots.
“It’s down on us to go into these areas we come to, introduce ourselves and let people know that, whilst we are still a business, we aren’t here to disrupt anything. We’re here to bring more people to Prestwich. If anything, we want to boost things on a whole for everyone.” “People are going to be here for Parklife and for the Oasis gigs next year and we’re hoping to add to the vibrancy and special qualities of the area rather than take anything away. It is exciting to remind people that Prestwich exists and that there are things here. We’re here to help and get to know each other.”
