Actor Johnny Wactor, who appeared on "General Hospital" from 2020 to 2022, was shot and killed in Los Angeles at age 37. An actor best known for his role on the prominent soap opera “General Hospital” has died after being shot last weekend in Los Angeles.
Johnny Wactor, who played Brando Corbin on the long-running series died Saturday from his injuries. He was 37. The actor was shot after attempting to stop three male suspects from trying to remove a catalytic converter from his vehicle a little after 3 a.m. PT on Saturday, according to reports.. She claims Wactor was leaving a bartending job when he and a co-worker approached men the suspects meddling with their cars.
“They were walking to their car, and when they get there, Johnny’s car, which was parked in front of the co-worker’s, looked like it was jacked to one side, and from what I understand, he said, ‘Hey, man, you towing my car?’” His mother told Fox News. “And the person looked up and had a mask, and so then I guess he knew they weren’t doing that, and so he stepped in front of the co-worker and then backed up and put his hands up or both, and the person shot him.
