Long Chim Sydney, a popular Thai Restaurant in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, has been forced to close its doors after eight years of trading, calling out its landlords for “over-market rent” hikes.
A booming Sydney restaurant has issued a scathing message to its landlords after it was forced to close its doors just days before Christmas.
“To every guest who’s shared a meal with us, to our extraordinary team - past and present - you’ve been the heart and soul of Long Chim. “After eight years, you’ve turned your back on us - and on the 50 people who work here - just days before Christmas,” the statement continued.
