The portrayal of a character in a Steve Coogan film about the discovery of Richard III's remains did have a defamatory meaning, a High Court judge has ruled. Richard Taylor is suing Mr Coogan, his production company Baby Cow, and Pathe Productions for libel over his portrayal in The Lost King, which follows Philippa Langley and her search to find the controversial king's skeleton.
