UK firms have revealed plans for how they will return staff to work after the lockdown lifts.
And many workforces may see a huge difference in how they interact with colleagues or use office space for months to come. Builders could only be allowed into homes one at a time and hotel cleaners may have special zones in rooms they have to deep clean. Crossrail work has been stopped and will continue to be paused, but HS2 workers have been on site throughout the lockdown.
Pubs, restaurants and bars are thought to be the last to re-open their doors after the lockdown due to the difficulty in keeping distances. But suggestions to get pubs and restaurants going again include staggered shift patterns and limiting customers.
