A sudden power outage at the Philippine Air Traffic Management Center emerged causing flights to be suspended at NAIA on New Year's Day.
Air Navigation system is an integral part of day-to-day operations that aid users with information about the landing areas, runway lighting, weather and wind monitoring, communication and navigation devices, and more. This is a temporary situation, and we will take all necessary steps to restore normal schedules and bring diverted flights back to their original destination as soon as possible.
