A STUNNED US man has told how he was feeling "lucky" just before he bought the lottery ticket which landed him a massive £600m jackpot.WITI-FOXHe explained: "Around 2pm I had left work. I had pretty much felt lucky…its a weird feeling, not natural at all."
Franco explained: "I looked at the first number, I see that second number and my hear starts to pump. I’m like 'No fricking way.'"It feels like a dream," he said. "It was amazing, my heart started racing, blood pumping. I screamed for about five or 10 minutes."Franco - who has a girlfriend - said he stopped at a Speedway gas station near Milwaukee and purchased $10 worth of Powerball Quick Picks.
He revealed he was taking a £370m post-tax lump sum at a press conference at Wisconsin Lottery Headquarters in Madison this afternoon. "I'm sure you'll never see me as like one of the people who went bankrupt or broke or anything like that. I plan to live my life normal as much as possible," he said.He went to work the day after he won but was anxious and sweating and never showed up again.The new millionaire admitted he did not watch the March 27 drawing that evening and only thought to check his tickets after learning that the winning ticket was sold in Wisconsin.
