Two suspects are in unknown condition after an officer-involved shooting in Prairie View, according to police.
An investigation is now underway following an officer-involved shooting in Waller County on Tuesday afternoon.According to Houston police, the shooting occurred within the Prairie View city limits at 45200 block of U.S. 290.
Authorities said the other male in the vehicle had a semi-automatic pistol that was modified and was firing fully automatic. Officers then returned fired striking both suspects. Both suspects went to the ground, they were secured by authorities, along with their weapons, and aid was rendered. Due to the location of the shooting, Lifeflight was called in, and the suspects were airlifted to the hospital in the Medical Center.
