A council-run care at home and housing support service has been given the thumbs-up following an unannounced inspection.
Among the key messages the Care Inspectorate said people spoke “very positively” about the care and support they received. “We were assured that people were valued and respected when being supported. During the inspection we saw evidence of how the service brought about benefits to people’s health and well-being. Medication management had improved. For example it was now clearer what level of assistance someone needed.”
