'OMG how is that not an emergency?'
Pregnant Chloe Radford found herself in a 'dangerous' situation when she tried to leave her house this week.
Chloe, from Morecambe, called upon her dad Noel for help but he was unable to open the door. She said: "I rang a locksmith, they said I'd have to pay there and then but its a communal property so technically it should be the landlord that pays for it. Then we rang the fire department and they basically have said its not an emergency so they can't come out and break the door down and our property management company would charge the fire department.
"It's just so dangerous, especially if you have children living here or say there was a fire or something, we would be absolutely goosed."
