The Premier League transfer window is predicted to be relatively quiet this January, with clubs operating under strict profit and sustainability rules.
If reports from the past week are to be believed, this is going to be a pretty quiet January in the Premier League. With many clubs tight to the limits set down by profit and sustainability, any significant buys will likely need to be preceded by significant sales.
