The Circus have been the team to beat all season and they looked to be unstoppable with a run of 14 wins in a row until they travelled to Ealing and met Meg Jones' Trailfinders. The England International inspiredthat not only ended the three-time champions unbeaten run but booked their place in the play-offs.
The previous time these two clubs met in the reverse fixture, Trailfinders lost by only one point. The London Club, who are still classed as relative newcomers to the PWR having joined in 2023, have never finished higher than sixth in the table. Both teams lost last weekend on the final day of the regular season with the top-four already decided, both sides rested key players.
