The president’s arrival comes on the heels of a legal chess match between Texas and the federal government over controversial immigration law, SB 4.

President Biden will be coming to Houston from Dallas, where he was the day before, for two private fundraisers events ahead of theState lawmakers initially approved SB 4, which allows law enforcement to arrest people they think are illegally crossing the Mexico border.
