Presidio Investors , known for its investments in media and entertainment, technology, and financial services, aims to bring its expertise to bolster the Italian Serie A club. Hellas Verona , currently holding the 17th position in the league table, boasts a rich history, including a Serie A title win in the 1984-85 season.
This acquisition makes Hellas Verona the ninth Italian top-division team to receive North American backing, joining prominent clubs like Inter, AC Milan, Roma, and Parma. Setti, while stepping down as President, will continue his involvement with Hellas Verona in a new role as Senior Advisor of Football Operations.
