Preston City Council savings depend on how interest rates affect Animate borrowing plansThis comes after it has been reported on multiple occasions that motorists are parking directly outside the market where there are no marked spaces.traders say there can be up to 30 vehicles parked in the area at top of Orchard Street near the Wallace and Gromit statue.The county council has since said that they will send parking enforcement officers to the Matkets area to assess the situation.
