Preston North End have confirmed the signing of Alvaro Fernandez on a season long loan deal from Manchester United.
Speaking to the club about the move, he said: “I’m very happy, and I want to start with this club as soon as possible.“I’ve spoken to the manager about the football, it’s so good. I like his plans for the season so I want to start.”
He was the U23s player of the year last season for United and was also named on the bench for the senior side towards the end of the last campaign.
