Shoppers at Primark stores in Market Street and the Trafford Centre can jump the main queue with this trick
Thinking about doing your Christmas shopping in Primark this close to the big day can seem daunting. No-one wants to tackle those queues - sometimes you can be waiting in them longer than you've spent filling your basket.
The high street retailer is one of the very few not to have a typical website for online shopping and used to rely solely on in-store purchases - but this has all changed, Liverpool Echo reports. In October, it was confirmed Primark was launching its new Click + Collect service in 25 selected stores located across the North West of England, Yorkshire and North Wales, and Manchester is one of them.
Once in store, customers can browse further before heading to the desk to collect their order and also pay for any other items they've picked up in store at the same time - meaning they can skip the main queue. Orders will be available for collection from two days after they have been placed, with a £15 minimum order value and no delivery charge. There's an eclectic mix of large city centre stores and smaller locations taking part in the Click + Collect trial, including Manchester's Market Street branch and their Trafford Centre store.
