A CITY primary pupil has won the Lord Provost's contest to design a mascot for Glasgow.

Lord Provost Jacqueline McLaren, launched the competition to promote civic pride when she hosted the city's P7 pupils at the City Chambers.

Talented Fynn was rewarded with a return trip to the City Chambers after his professional-looking design was judged the winner by the Lord Provost, former Chief executive Annmarie O’Donnell, and Glasgow artist, Gerard Burns.
