The Prince and Princess of Wales express their gratitude for the overwhelming support they have received after Kate's cancer announcement.
A spokesperson for Kensington Palace said the couple was grateful for the outpowering of support from across the world, including from the King, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, political figures and members of the public. It comes after Kate issued a personal video address on Friday where she announced she was undergoing treatment. She was given the cancer diagnosis following a successful abdominal surgery earlier this year.
The type of cancer the princess has been diagnosed with has not been made public by the palace
