Prince Andrew's legal team have filed papers in which the Duke of York denies all the allegations of sex abuse made by Virginia Roberts.
Andrew is set to respond to each of the points raised in Virginia's initial law suit, five months after she lodged a civil complaint against him in New York. Duke of York Andrew, who recently cried as the Queen stripped him of his HRH and military titles, filed a motion to have the lawsuit dismissed.Summing up his ruling, Judge Kaplan wrote: “For the foregoing reasons, defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint or for a more definite statement is denied in all respects.
