The embattled Prince Andrew is said to be living in fear of eviction from his sprawling Windsor home thanks to King Charles III’s insistence on slimming down the monarchy and cutting costs.

The Times have reported that Prince Andrew has openly told his friends that he is facing eviction from Royal Lodge in Windsor, where he resides alongside his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson.

The 63-year-old is currently supported by money from the Duchy of Lancaster – the monarchy’s private estate – after he stood down as a working royal in a cloud of shame in 2019. Reports in the Mail on Sunday say the beleaguered Prince has been told his subsidy will be cut drastically in April.
