Prince Andrew was driving in Windsor when he nearly ran over a dog that had strayed into the road, with the owner rushing to save his pet before the Duke of York could drive off
Prince Andrew had a close call when he nearly ran over a dog at Windsor, before seemingly laughing the episode off with relief.
Thankfully, the car stopped just in time and the dog's owner looked embarrassed as he went to retrieve his pet. Andrew took the whole incident in stride and was seen waving afterwards. "Andrew's bodyguard saw the people frantically waving just in the nick of time. Everyone was laughing when they saw who was driving the Range Rover.", reports the Mirror.
The Prince had hoped to defend his reputation through this interview, but instead, it ended up in ruins after the 45-minute "no holds barred" chat, leading to his withdrawal from public life.
